Inline Fans manufactured by experts !
Inline Duct Fans are avaialble in tubeaxial and vaneaxial design. These are high performance, axial flow fans designed for duct connected applications, such as meke-up air systems, booster fans, return air fans, or to exhaust contaminated or high temperature air. Heat and smoke emergency exhaust fans include cooling wheel and sealed shaft and bearing tunel in order to withstand higher temperatures during emergency mode.
All tubeaxial and vaneaxial fans are made of heavy gauge steel for maximum strenght and durability. Painted fan parts are coated with epoxy to provide a protective coating rated excellent for hardness, impact resistance, adhesion and chemical resistance. All fan blade assemblies are dynamically balanced. Drive mechanism includes V-belts and fixed pitch, or adjustable pitch pulleys. Totally enclosed ventilator motors are standard for all applications.
Inline Centrifugal Fans are quiet and dependable centrifugal fans recommended for a wide range of general exhaust applications where low, medium and high ranges of air volume and pressure are specified, in both ducted and non-ducted ventilation systems. The advantages of belt drive inline centrifugal fans over direct drive fans include quiter operation, adjustable performance to suit operating needs and availability of larger volume fan units.
All inline centrifugal
ventilator models
feature a durable and rigid fan housing, inlet cone with overlapping
deep-spun venturi profile, non-overloading backward inclined, or
airfoil fan wheel, a heavy duty shaft, pillow block bearings, and shaft
and
bearing tunel for tube fan models. Both, sqare and tubular designs
utilize
standard variable pitch V-belt drive and adjustable motor support base
for belt driven fan models.
TBC - Canada Blower Tubeaxial
Duct Fan
American CoolAir Type T duct tubeaxial Model TBC Fans are high
performance, axial flow fan designed for duct connected applications,
suited to meet your ducted fan needs for high pressure and air volume
both economically and efficiently. Suggested for commercial and
industrial uses such as make-up air systems, booster fans, return air
fans or to exhaust contaminated or high temperature air, Type T fans
are available in a large selection of CFMs (from 1,500 to 107,000 CFM)
and operate efficiently against static pressures up to 2 inches.
Construction: Canada Blower fan housing and motor supports are made of
heavy gauge steel plate for maximum strength and durability. Painted
parts are coated with a baked-on epoxy to provide a protective coating
rated excellent for hardness, impact resistance, adhesion and chemical
resistance. The fan unit is mounted within the housing with flanged
ends to form a complete fan-duct section. All blade assemblies are
dynamically balanced. Parts requiring painting are processed through
the advanced American Coolair five-stage pretreatment system prior to
the application of any coatings to ensure maximum finish adhesion.
These parts use a thermosetting epoxy powder paint with an average
thickness of 3 mils and baked at 400 degrees Fahrenheit to a smooth,
hard, continuous finish. The motor, belts and bearings are isolated
from the air stream. The steel fan shaft is supported by two
pillow-block ball bearings that are mounted in an enclosed tube to
provide years of service under harsh conditions. External grease
fittings for relubrication of fan bearings are standard.
Heat Fan Construction The standard Canada Blower model TBC duct fan is
recommended for use when ambient temperatures are 250°F or less.
TBC models can be furnished for temperatures up to 725°F.
Modifications are available for two extended temperature ranges,
250°F to 650°F and 650°F to 725°F. Specify the
temperature requirement. With these modifications, it is required that
the electrical controls allow the fan to operate whenever the ambient
temperature at the fan exceeds 250°F.
All ventilator models bear
the AMCA Seal.
